We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team and be a key player in our expansion.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for prospective real estate agents and brokers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify leads, conduct outbound outreach through various channels (phone, email, social media), and effectively articulate our value proposition. You will play a critical role in building the sales pipeline by scheduling qualified appointments for our Account Executives. This position requires a proactive, persuasive, and persistent individual with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:Research and identify potential real estate agent and brokerage partners who align with our target profile.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to introduce our services and gauge interest.
  • Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly and concisely communicate the benefits and unique selling points of our referral brokerage and lead generation platform.
  • Discovery & Needs Assessment:Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and goals, determining if they are a good fit for our services.
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • CRM Management: Accurately log all sales activities, update lead statuses, and maintain a clean and organized database within our CRM system.
  • Sales Cadence Management: Execute multi-channel outreach sequences effectively, following up consistently to nurture leads.
  • Market Feedback: Provide valuable insights and feedback from prospects to the sales and marketing teams to help refine strategies.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and qualified appointment targets.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product offerings to effectively engage with prospects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role, preferably within a B2B, SaaS, lead generation, or real estate-related industry.
  • Strong desire to start or grow a career in sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and engaging phone presence.
  • Ability to effectively articulate a value proposition and handle initial objections.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-driven attitude.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
