Are you a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team. This role is essential in handling a high volume of inbound calls, gathering information from leads, and efficiently transferring them.

The Role

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • A positive and friendly phone presence and type efficiently while on calls
  • Must be reliable, adaptable, and able to work both independently and with a team
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required

Qualifications

Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while answering and managing a high volume of incoming calls. Effectively gather and document necessary lead information before transferring calls to real estate agents. Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to multitask and communicate professionally with both clients and team members. Work collaboratively within a team while also being able to operate independently.

Hybrid Role  | In-office & Remote Shifts

Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8 AM – 11 PM

Friday: 8 AM – 9 PM

Saturday: 9 AM – 7 PM

Closed on Sundays (May change in the future)

Shift scheduling requires flexibility.

The first two weeks will be in-office training, after which the schedule will be hybrid.
