The Role
- Proven experience (3 years) in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a lead generation, real estate, or brokerage environment.
- Strong understanding of real estate processes and lead conversion funnels is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while paying close attention to detail and maintaining high levels of organization.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a strong ability to anticipate partner needs and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and strong computer literacy.
Qualifications
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued real estate agent partners. Your main objective will be to build strong, lasting relationships, understand their business needs, and ensure their continued success through our platform. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, driving engagement, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing exceptional support. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the real estate lead generation landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a dedicated portfolio of real estate agent partners.
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our platform, tools, and best practices for converting leads.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Regularly analyze partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to help them maximize their lead conversion and ROI.
- Communication & Support: Serve as the main point of contact for all partner inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to questions and issues.
- Proactive Engagement: Consistently reach out to partners to check in, provide updates, share new features, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from partners to help improve our services, product, and overall partner experience.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any partner concerns or escalations in a professional and efficient manner.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to better serve partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a seamless partner experience and contribute to overall company growth.
